Sunday was a busy sports betting day with the usual summer schedule of golf, auto racing, WNBA, along with MLB heading to its All-Star Break.

Let’s recap Sunday’s MLB action with our nightly recaps, and then update the season-long betting stats as we hit the break.

MLB: Favorites went 8-6 Sunday with upsets by the Royals (+195 in 4-1 win at the Guardians), Nationals (+190 in 7-2 win vs. Rangers), Pirates (+135 in 4-2 win at Diamondbacks), Cubs (+133 in 7-4 win at Yankees), Orioles (+132 in 15-2 rout at Twins) and Cardinals (+116 in 4-3, 10-inning win at White Sox). More MLB: At the All-Star Break, faves lead 771-553 on the season with 22 games closing pick-’em. Home teams lead 696-646 with 4 neutral-site games. Unders improved their slim lead to 649-638-58 with 1 no-action (thanks to 9-3-1 on Thursday and 9-4-1 today after being tied after Wednesday’s games).
